Founded in 2024, The PMU Clinic is uniquely positioned to serve a growing demand for personalised, science-led hair regrowth therapies, by combining in-house hair loss expertise with advanced aesthetic and Micropigmentation treatments.
Zoe, (Owner/Founder) comes from both a creative and academic background, having studied Fine Art and Biology for 2 years at college, and then going on to achieve a Bsc Psychology at university in 2007. She worked tirelessly in the mental health sector for over 10 years, specialising with homeless ex-service men and women with PTSD, - but at home she was always with a brush in her hand for a creative, and therapeutic outlet.
In 2017 Zoe decided it was time for a change, and she gained her first qualifications in Eyebrow permanent makeup & Microblading. She later qualified in Level 3 VTCT in Anatomy & Physiology and advanced aesthetic treatments in 2019.
Spurred on by a relocation from Surrey to Dorset in 2024, Zoe opened a new clinic and trained in Scalp Micropigmentation, where she quickly identified the link between hair loss and mental health. Her deep passion for helping others has once again motivated her to further her education and Zoe is now studying to become a Clinical Trichologist.
Combining her technical skills, knowledge and understanding of why her clients may be seeking treatment, gives Zoe a unique approach whilst helping her clients achieve the best aesthetic outcomes.
