Complaints procedure:
If you have a complaint about a service that we have provided within Huttons Hair & Beauty please adhere to the following procedure:
We request that in the first instance, any complaints or issue be made at your appointment, so that we may rectify as quickly as possible or offer the soonest available date for an appointment. Beyond this, please ensure any and all complaints are made within 7 DAYS of the service provided.
All complaints should be directed to the salon owner, via the contact form above or by emailing [email protected].
Pleass give as much information as possible and include pictures.
We will attempt to investigate and report back to you within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. If this is not possible, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and inform you of an expected time frame for a response.
Please be aware that intimidating, threatening or rude behaviour will not be tolerated within the Salon or during any communication with us regarding your complaint. This includes correspondence on review platforms or social media. If you are found to be acting in this manner at any point during the complaints procedure we reserve the right to cancel all future appointments and request that you do not return to the salon.
Excellent customer service is of the utmost importance to us at Huttons and we aim to ensure that all complaints are dealt with in an amicable and professional manner.
