Cancellation/No Show Policy

Due to a high demand of appointments & having a team of highly experienced, busy stylists. We are operating a 24 hour cancellation policy which requires you to confirm your appointment by providing your card details through our payment system Fresha, a link to do so will be sent to you when making your appointment. This is encrypted and will NOT take any money from your account unless one of two things happen; if you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 30% of your appointment value, or if you don't arrive to your appointment and haven't notified us beforehand then you will be charged 50% of the appointment value. If you struggle with this process at all, we have designed other methods which you can discuss with us when booking your appointment.
